The Black Tux was a great experience! Initially the fit on my jacket was smaller than expected so I requested an exchange. The new jacket was shipped out quick with plenty of time before my event. The return of the first jacket easy. The quality of the suit was great.

The Black Tux helped get me suited for our wedding after I had a terrible experience with another online retailer.
Clutch time fitting and shipping (extra cost for for the rush delivery).
Highly recommend doing an in-person fitting if you have that option to make sure the sizing of your order is perfect.
The return process is super easy. Just put everything back in the box and slap the return label on.

If you’re on the fence about renting a Tux on line? Let me tell you…THE BLK TUX company is legit! The experience right from the beginning was exceptional! From the customer service when ordering, the on time delivery, and the quality of the product. Even when I had to order a different size. They were so pleasant and accommodating. The whole experience was so smooth. Keep up the great work!

My son needed a suit for Winter Ball, he’s tall with long legs so it is impossible to find anything off the rack to fit him in length. The site was easy to use and received his suit several days prior to dance, was packaged very nice and neat and everything fit perfect. Had a great first experience with this company and definitely will be using again for Prom and future needs!

Ordered Shawl Collar Tux
Requested a couple replacements for pants and shoes and they came withing 2-days. From previous orders, I knew to order shoes a size down. Also, a couple of people I know who have ordered the tux pants always seem to have issue with the adjusters breaking due to poor quality. Overall, the quick response time and great look make up for the few cons.

From ordering to trying on at home and requesting a size change on the pants, it was easy. Instructions and packaging - including the return packaging - made the process of fitting, renting, wearing, and returning an effortless experience.

Was exactly what we needed for our wedding - the groom wore a tux and his men a suits! I can’t wait to get the pictures back

Listen this one me and my grooms fist ever tux and all fittings and everything was done with ease and the pricing was as good as you’re going to get anywhere. Getting the box my eyes lit 🔥 up but once I say the words saying let me out of here I knew it was going to be on point thank you and I’m allready looking for a tux for my friends wedding I’ll be back

I really enjoyed working with The Black Tux because of the ease and simplicity of the process with a large group. It was so easy to sign up and select the items I wanted myself and my party to wear. The hardest part is really getting your measurements into the site, but that wasn't hard at all really. They ship the suit to you quickly - in my case at least because I bought it - and the fit was just great, and the materials were quality. The men in my party also really liked their suits. Overall, it was a very easy process, and I would totally recommend it.

Just about as simple, easy, fast and efficient as could be imagined. This company has the clothing rental process perfected down to the minute detail….even included the return mailing label. Highly recommended.

Life gets busy. Email communication from BT was timely. Instructions on web site were fairly simple. BT got the outfit to me in plenty of time before the wedding. Everything fit, so no hassle with fixes. Return process was simplified. Follow from BT was a bonus.

Overall a great experience. The fitting appointment was easy to make and went smoothly. He was great to work with. They didn't have the original jacket I wanted so had to go with second choice, but still looked good. Arrived on the day it said I would, tried on immediately and needed a jacket one size bigger. Requested replacement that night. Process very easy, only issue I had was that I had to by an extra $20 to make sure I got it in time for the event. Otherwise, it arrived in time and everything looked great! My daughter was very happy!

My son was in his cousins Quince. All the information was sent to us. The directions were easy to follow. I love that I didn’t have to go take him to get him measured and pick up his tux. It was mailed directly to our home and super easy to follow instructions to return the tux as well. I would definitely use them again.

This was probably the single worst experience I’ve ever had with a retailer.

1.) I was charged to rent a tux I was assured would be sized correctly…it was not and had to be altered. Understanding that I would have to buy the jacket, I was offered a $15 voucher…for alterations that cost me $85. I then found out that even though I BOUGHT THE JACKET (for $220) I would not be reimbursed for renting the jacket ($119 initial expense). So I paid to rent AND buy the same tux jacket.

2.) the Groom’s tuxedo didn’t fit, showed up missing components that were paid for and showed up dirty.

3.) another Groomsman got a shirt that was the wrong size, and returned it only to get another shirt that was the wrong size.

4.) customer service was wildly unhelpful, and completely apathetic to the fact that these rentals were to facilitate a major event in someone’s life and that this additional stress didn’t help the situation at all.

I would not recommend this service to ANYONE, for any event. Wildly disappointed doesn’t even begin to explain it.

The Tux was well made. I found the jacket to run a little small and needed a larger one sent. That was a very simple process on-line and the new one arrived promptly. Returning the items was simple as well. All in all for a total digital experience it was very smooth and easy.

The suit was great! I’m glad back tux gives the ability to try on a suit before the day of the event. I was able to get the correct sizes, after I spoke to customer service - they were able to do some alterations on the length of the arms. After all the suit came and it fit beautifully!

Also I tried other suits for different rental companies, and let me tell you the quality of back tux is unparalleled.

I was measured at Nordstrom Dept. Store . That was a appointment made. Everyone there was helpful and the measurements went in minutes,worth the time because the exact date they gave it was 2 days earlier.lenghthd were perfect, and good thing I tried jacket in at store. Shoes perfect with a bit of a stretching. I liked the shoes so much I purchased them after the Wedding tuxedo rental.Almost bought jacket n pants too.. but money a bit tight, had another wedding the next week. Used the shoes again.SO SIMPLE, packed well and the return was so smooth just put back in box it came in … peel label and return label is there! UPS STORE DONE! In minutes! Thanks for being so professional.

Great first time experience with Black Tux. I had to order a suit for a wedding so I opted to rent it. I was able to easily schedule time to get my sizing done and the customer service and care in person was on point! I got confirmation of my order and received it with plenty of time to spare before the wedding. As a groomsmen, it was important for me to look good so when the size was a little off, they were able to send me a new sized suit jacket. Shipping it back was simple too. Highly recommended!
