I placed an order for a product that was on back order, the team kept me informed of expected stock and when my order was dispatched.
My order was sent via Evri and so avoided the current issues with Royalmail.

Good customer service
The large size bag of parrot food was out of stock, so I ordered 4 of the smaller bags in order to bring my total above the £50 mark to qualify for free shipping.
Unfortunately due to inaccurate stock numbers on the website, only 3 were available, but the company still honoured the free shipping.

After a tricky miscommunication with my first order, I re ordered and the item arrived quickly and is as described. Unfortunately from the date my original order was cancelled the postage had gone up 🙄 but pleased it's finally sorted and my parrot cage is finally secure with a working lock!
