Great customer service

Great customer service, communication and product.
I dod have an issue with delivery, which wasn't related to birdloft it was driver fault. Christine was brilliant and sent a replacement out for me, can't thank her enough.

Delivery is slow, be a good idea to stock the products in advance, so to speed things up.

We apologise for the slight delay but the larger quantities do not sell as quickly as the small, so by ordering in specifically for a customer you get the longest possible expiry date.

product that will expire within eight…

product that will expire within eight months. The due date is May 2025. I spent almost $50 for this. I am very upset. You guys have sent me an old product and please don’t tell me I need to send this back to you in order to get an updated merchandise this is ridiculous
you guys have overcharged me! here is a screenshot of what you guys pulled out of my bank account it clearly says on my receipt $34.94 but you have charged my bank account $46.24 and for merchandise that is old I will be disputing this. Very poor service I do not recommend this company.

As we stated in correspondence this is not old stock and has just been delivered. The Best Before date of end of May 2025 means that it does not expire or become unusable on that date as with human food. As stated before we have no way of overcharging you or taking money out of your account. The total bill was £34.95 paid via PayPal and we have already suggested that you speak directly with both your bank and/or PayPal. We reiterate that we have no knowledge or access to your account so that accusations such as yours are completely unfounded. Please tell us why this is poor service - you have received a perfectly good product sent to the USA and we have not requested that you send it back as this is the latest date available in the UK at the moment. Can we please ask you to stop making unfounded accusations.

Hungry Birds

After trying 3 other companies who said they had it in stock, then after 3 days say they didn't have any. Came to your site and within 2 days it's being delivered, will definitely be back.
