I didn't even apply for their membership. They fraudulently obtained my membership through an ad on Facebook offering cat food. Once I complained that I never signed up for their service, they gaslight me saying to sign up I would have had to agree to their terms of service. After a few back and forth messages, they said they'd refund me if I gave them a Trustpilot review. I did. No refund. I was then contacted and said that I wasn't allowed to use the word refund and I had to give them a 5 star review. I think a year later they said they would refund me if I simply took down my review and I said no, I'll just loose the money because what they do isn't right. To my surprise, I was refunded. Now I'm still beimg harassed over a year later to take down my other review which I can't find at the moment. I told them not to email me again because I feel very harassed.
