Another great bike purchase from Matt and his team at the Bicycle Lounge.From start to finish the advice given was excellent for the type of bike needed for comfort and endurance cycling.

After looking at bikes from some of the larger discount retailers, it became obvious very quickly, you can end up feeling like just another number. There didn’t seem to be much interest in answering detailed questions or helping personalise a bike to suit the rider properly.

That’s why dealing with The Bicycle Lounge has been such a refreshing experience.

What really stands out is the knowledge and passion that Matt Middleton brings. This is someone who has spent most of his life deeply involved in the racing scene, and that experience genuinely shows in the level of advice and attention you receive.

Buying a high-end race bike is a big investment, and having somebody who is willing to spend time discussing setup, fit, components, riding style, and personal preferences makes a massive difference. The whole experience feels personal rather than transactional.

There’s also something important about supporting a small independent cycling shop run by somebody who truly lives and breathes the sport. You simply don’t get the same level of care, enthusiasm, and genuine customer service from large warehouse-style dealers.

If you value expert advice, personal service, and dealing with people who are genuinely passionate about cycling, I’d highly recommend The Bicycle Lounge.

What can I say about Matt and his team at the Bicycle Lounge, apart from fantastic. From my first visit to the shop in September until I picked up my Pinarello Dogma F in April , the hole experience has been brilliant.
Matt couldn't do enough for me, the advice and guidance he gave was invaluable.

The kindest people, so friendly and helpful when it comes to bikes. They want you to be the most comfortable on your bike and will listen to you and support you to get there.

Superb shop, excellent quality bikes in display and the advice and service I had from starting my search to collecting my new bike was excellent.

Just bought a bike from The Bicycle Lounge and i am over the moon with the attention and service i got from the staff. They took the time to measure me and make sure the bike was the correct size then fitted it to my spec. A truly professional outfit and a brilliant experience,thanks.

Went the extra mile to make sure I found a part for my bike build. They found a spare in their workshop they had for a different brand of bike but took time to measure it and send me pics to make sure it would fit. From first phone call, communication was excellent. I did phone another bike shop before contacting The Bike Lounge but they did not seem interested at all. The Bicycle Lounge appeared really keen to make sure I got the part needed for my bike and that makes a massive difference. Thank you.

Just bought a Pinarello Dogma F from Matt and the team at TBL. Really helpful; great advice, and went out of the way to make sure it came in within budget and that I was all set up correctly once it arrived. Good collection of high and mid end bikes in store to see too if you just want to browse initially. Highly recommend.

Superb customer service tailored to you as an individual. The process of bike fit and bike set up before you take it away is relaxed and friendly and the team are hugely knowledgeable about every aspect. Matt takes great care to get things just right through his attention to detail.
