DONT MOVE INTO THE BEVERLY IN SCOTTSDALE
I have been waiting a long time to post this review. My wife and I signed a lease for this place in February 2026. We rent the most expensive unit here. I am leaving the review here as they pay to remove negative review on Google and buy positive ones. The property management here is non-existent. We have water from the HVAC closet leak into one of our bathrooms and into the bedroom area. It sat for 3 months before they "repaired" it. They took flooring out of unit 1044 and put it in our unit and now unit 1044 is all ripped up and non-rentable until they fix that. That just goes to show you that ownership would rather take flooring from another unit then to pay money to replace ours with new flooring.
The company they hired came and worked for one hour and then would leave. We never knew when they would come back and at what time. It took them 2 months to finally be done with it. In the meantime, the closet in our bathroom and a section of our bedroom was not usable. I asked the "manager" Kyle Rote if we would get any concessions for the inconvenience and he said we would but he lied. Its been 5 months since the incident.
The lease we signed is with One Multifamily Owner LLC but when we pay online, the money is being funneled to another LLC named SLR Ventures LLC tied to the same company but not disclosed in the lease.
There are constant issues throughout the property such as trash build up in the trash room which then leaves a smell throughout the entire hallway of the first floor. There is a gate in the garage that is always out of service.
For what we pay here, its appalling and people need to know about this before signing a lease here.
p.s. - Their Google reviews are fake and they pay to have the negative ones removed.
