failied to fulfill my order and ignoring all communication. I purchased their sampler pack of Honey Sticks through TikTok Shop. When the order arrived, one item was missing and the other three were of poor quality. After weeks of back-and-forth, the company promised to replace the full order but only sent the single missing item. Since then, they have completely stopped responding. I have tried contacting them multiple times through email, phone, and social media with no success. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and appears to avoid customer concerns rather than resolve them

Requested a return and refund within the 30 day policy written on website. Was denied with no acceptable reason.
