Scam?
Haven’t received neither my order nor got my money back. They don’t pick up phone, don’t reply on emails. I suspect them being scammers 🤕🤕🤕

Vi er en dansk virksomhed som i rigtig mange år har drevet en kæmpe stor fysisk butik på 1.500 m2 på Industrivej 78 i Børkop. Butikken er igennem årene konstant blevet udvidet og mængden og variationen af varer og skønne mærkevarer er også bare vokset. Det er også i butikken vi har en ret stor afdeling med legetøj. Derfor kan vi med stolthed sige, at hos THE BEST BUY kan du rent faktisk købe tøj til hele familien. Lige fra den mindste størrelse 50 til babyer fra NAME IT til herre plus-size størrelse 8XL fra f.eks. Jack & Jones Plus. Vi har lige taget interiør til baby i form af NAME IT HOME ind i sortimentet, hvilket du også kan finde på shoppen.

Jacket paid for and not sent after more than 2 weeks
I ordered and paid for a kid's jacket on 17 March. It should have taken 2-4 days to be delivered with PostNord. When it didn't arrive, I checked the order and it hadn't even been sent. I tried calling the company but there was no response. I wrote to them on 22 March to ask why it hadn't been sent and finally received a reply on 30 March saying they were sorry it hadn't yet been sent and they would do it 'hurtigst muligt'. Nothing else. I've now checked the order again, on 1 April and it wasn't sent on 30th. It's now more than 2 weeks late and the trip we needed the jacket for has been and gone.
Terrible service and I'm beginning to suspect that I may have to pursue a case of fraudulent sale.
I will update this review if a) the jacket arrives in the next 3 days or b) I have to go to my bank to pursue a case of fraud.

Very bad experience with thebestbuy.dk
8 days after I made a order shoes still didn't arrived. When I call them I just hear "we don't have them. No one contact me during those 8 days that they are missing stuff I ordered and they confirmed. No one apologize for the situation, no one bring any other solution, no one cares.
Very unprofessional.
I cannot recommended this shop at all!
