I placed an order on Boxing Day
I placed an order on Boxing Day. So there were a number of bank holidays around this time and I thought I'd bee in for a very long wait considering it had to be personalised and sent across the country. But I received my order within exactly 2 weeks, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. Beautiful product, great quality, that we will use as a family for years to come

The items are sweetly made and the customer service is exemplary!
There was a mixup with the writing I wanted on my gift and while it was a bit tricky to contact them, when I got through, they were so helpful and accommodating and the gift was perfect when it arrived.
I will definitely use them again!

Butterfly keyring and charms
It was a very easy website to use. My niece had bought me this same keyring and charms a couple of years ago with my grandchildren’s names on it, one of the butterfly’s had broken, so I decided to replace the whole keyring instead of just the one. Beautifully made and quick service. Very pleased with my purchase.
