Placed two separate orders within the last few weeks, for two personalised dog tree decorations and a personalised key ring. All three where beautifully made, I received these quickly. Would definitely recommend and will order from The Bespoke Workshop again.

Perfect additions to our Christmas tree, especially it being our first Christmas in our new home and our first Christmas with our adopted cat. Easy to order and was made really well and sent quickly. They’re gorgeous and better than the pictures show

This was probably my 3rd or 4th year in a row I ordered something. Always super happy with my order. Even if there was a little misspelling mistake engraved I got a new replacement send out very soon. Lovely quality. Happy customer:)

Really disappointed. I purchased this product but didn’t receive it. I sent an email to the company a few days ago and didn’t receive a reply so I called them and they explained that as the item was scanned near my location this was proof that I’d received it and the only thing they could do was raise a claim with Royal Mail but didn’t provide any timescales or let me know if they would come back to me on the claim. Whilst I appreciate this isn’t entirely the fault of the company I felt I was a nuisance raising it. They said I should have known I was taking a risk using Royal Mail and not paying extra for guaranteed delivery. If you’re looking to use this company please pay extra for special or guaranteed delivery or use a company that you can trust to rectify things if you’re let down by them or their chosen courier.

Also your attention to detail always confirming the Names and wording after ordering before producing to ensure details gives reassurance and confidence that your order will be spot on!

Prompt delivery. Item was well made, although colouring was a little bland.
