My order TBS147851 has not arrived. Royal Mail said they had it and would be delivered on the 21st Jan but it wasn’t not. When I tracked it YT220341375GB it said it was still at the Bristol MC but no mention of a new delivery date.

My Reference number is 147401 and my ID is 629869.
I ordered 3 items on the 14th of January and the order arrived today the 19th of January, unfortunately upon opening the box there was only the Emporio Armani He Eau Toilette spray 100ml tester and the Calvin Klein CK One shock for him Eau de Toilette Spray 100ml tester enclosed.
The Marc Jacobs Dot Eau de Parfum Spray 100ml tester was not sent.
The Beauty store staff member Jack Mather sorted my issue out and I received the missing item within days. Thank you Jack, a credit to your employer. 👏

The items the beauty store sell are fine. I have encountered issues and I found the new autobot reply system frustrating. It took me contacting about 4-5 times. Eventually human replied and all was well. I like the site and would recommend but my only advice is there customer service could do with tightening up and quicker human response. I’m a regular buyer and will continue to use . I hope they get cs issue resolved though.

From no order updates to receiving a trustpilot review email before receiving goods to a happy ending 😂
For my first order I received the trust pilot rate request before I had even received my order which prompted me to email the beauty store and who tracked my order and told me what was happening with it .***NB after placing my order I didn’t receive any update on where my order was until I emailed the company. I received the order in a well packaged condition.
I ordered again from them and again, received the trustpilot thing before the actual order. Order was received in an opened and torn box delivered by a very apologetic delivery man but it is at least here.

I regularly order from the Beauty Store the products are always good value. I ordered recently and an item was missing from the order. I contacted customer service & the item was replaced & sent out to me with minimum fuss. Top rate customer service! I will definitely order again.

What customer service……
Slow in arriving, one product could not be opened and the other product was the wrong one. Requested information as to how to return the goods, they said they would send a label to print off, I then e mailed again and said could they send the lane by post as I did not have a printer. They sent the label by. E mailed again and, requested it be sent by post since then……..nothing! Not impressed doubt whether I will be using the company again.

Not happy . 1 item missing form my order and instead of a pack of 10 items I received 1 . Emailed to see where my refund was I had not received it. I waqs then emailed by a man called Jack Mathers and was told. I can get proof from our supplier if you prefer, I packed the order I am telling you it contains 10 sachets. Do not like being called a liar. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
