une vraie découverte dans le monde des BBQ.
Cuissons basses températures, effilochés de bœuf et de porc, saumon, fumage à chaud au bois de hetre...un vrai plaisir, des gouts inhabituels.
Concernant le kamado, monte bien en température, consomme peu de charbon de bois, la régulation demande un peu d'habitude.
Grande inertie thermique, cuissons de plusieurs heures sans problème.
Aujourd'hui 12/11/2025 et plus d'expérience, je confirme mon jugement.

Bastard Complete 2022 gekocht via AllesvoorBBQ. Bij levering was tafel krom, bleek precision top te lekken (veel speling) en onder ventilatie te lekken. Support case aangemaakt (op verzoek AllesvoorBBQ) en helaas nul, nul reactie (Behalve case nummer).
Via social media contact gezocht en reactie terug gekregen "Hi vervelend. dat is zeker niet de bedoeling! Ik kan helaas niks voor je doen, je moet toch echt wachten op het bericht van Customer service! Excuses! Groetjes V."
