Poor customer service and faulty product
Having paid extra for next day delivery my order arrived after 2 days. I didn't receive a reply to my complaint. The first time I used the dry shampoo it leaked down my hand and my clothes and all over the bottle. Again I haven't received a response to my emails. Poor customer service Bardou.

Loving the Brow Booster! Does exactly what it says it does.
Also loved the box the items came in, lovely attention to detail!
Also the issue I had with a product Bardou dealt with it immediately and sent a replacement, very impressed with their service.

What an amazing company
What an amazing company. I've used the booster brow that was advertised on QVC, and the lip boost. Fantastic.. it arrived very quickly and in a beautiful box packaging.
I like their shampoo range too.
Im a big BARDOU fan now I've used their products.
Wouldn't go anywhere else and very easy to order online.

Best conditioner cleanser ever!
I purchased the cleansing conditioner after struggling to find a vegan version and therefore found this one. It's smells Devine and cleans your hair perfectly. Everyone was asking me what perfume I was wearing but it was just my day old hair! The scent last a long time which is a big plus. Delivery was quick also! I highly recommend!

the product itself is ok
the product itself is ok, its not anything special- the main let down was the delivery and the customer service - i paid almost £6 for next day delivery and it got delivered 3 days later. i had to call the customer services and was promised someone would call and give me an update but never did . so overall experience wasnt great. i would use another website to order products.

Amazing Product!
I cannot say enough good things about Bardou's dry shampoo 'Immaculate Spray'.
While similar products can sometimes leave a white residue in your hair, this does not. It smells lovely, doesn't weigh your hair down and banishes that 'unwashed' feeling when you just don't have time to wash your hair!
I wouldn't be without this now, it's worth every penny.
