My trainers were delivered to a collection point and what looks to be given to someone else by mistake, after asking for help or possibly another pair sent I was point blank refused due to the delivery saying collected, I have sent multiple mails to be patronised and now just blatantly ignored by onur who I might add is disgusting at speaking to customers. After the audacity of rudeness I had to then go down educating them on the consumers right act that until they can provide evidence that I collected this parcel they remain responsible for my refund as i no longer even want another pair from this company. I did request this 2 weeks ago which again I’ve had nothing back whatsoever ever… I have no reported to citizens advice and trading standards as I am now £165 down and dealing with an absolute shambles of a customer service team. I’ve also had to dispute with my bank. All though this is an error of the collection point this is not a customers issue and the responsibility lays with the retailer for failed delivery. Practically theft, I understand things happen but the way this company has treated me is appalling

Nice reply but again speaks volumes of your customer service and “small business” I have continued to ask for evidence that it was me that collected the parcel, i have more than 3 pairs of trainers and if companies used a courier that cared about dropping items to the correct location and not where they feel like we probably wouldn’t have this problem, again I will look forward to the proof of collection but otherwise it is all in dispute and you do remain responsible for the failed delivery

The guys at Baller$ have shoes that I literally have been hunting down for weeks or even months at times. I've ordered 4 or 5 times now, and every time the kicks came like the next day or very early the day after.

Prices are pretty much unbeatable for such hard to find pairs but I use Klarna for basically everything, which they have too, thankfully lol.

I've put my mates on to them now as well. Appreciate you guys a ton, cheers!
