They have changed the ingredients
Just be aware that they have changed the ingredients of the balaayah black gram booster. They have replace the vanilla planiforis with synthetic vanillin. The product now smells synthetic. Customer service did not seem to be aware of this when I contacted them. There was initially some confusion and they requested that I returned the bottles and they sent out some more of the same. When I contacted them again they just refunded. To be clear their customer service were great and the refund was prompt. But I loved this product and would have paid more for it not to have synthetic ingredients. At the time they had not updated the ingredients list on their website, but it has now been updated

Amazing power of Indian magikal herbs
I have used these oils, eye creams & serums for a few years now. I pretty much have tried most of their beautiful potions and been impressed with them all in one way or another. I had a few bottles stashed away, then a different organic make up company had an offer so I switched for a short time.
My goodness did I notice the difference. Using the other company my skin looked tired, dull and saggy, my skin started to look patchy. I could really see the difference & not in a good way.
I dug out my oil supplies and have ordered today back up oils in hope I can get my skin back to where it was last year.
Sticking with this company now, I won't make that mistake again!

Terrible customer service, defective eye cream
Terrible customer service. When I opened my eye cream to use for the first time the nozzle was all clogged up and rock hard. It had been stored for a few months in its box with the foil seal intact unopened. How should that happen then? They were extremely unhelpful and refused a refund or even a replacement or even a partial refund. I have never known an eye cream go hard opened, let alone unopened. How good can those ingredients be to do that. It’s not fit for purpose but they would do nothing to help accept offer a measly 10% off next purchase. It wasn’t cheap so a complete waste of money. I wish I could give this a 10 star, I was scrolling on Instagram last year and saw an ad to buy the small kesaradi face glow oil for £6. I didn't think much of it, I just ordered and I've never looked back. The full sized bottle is very pricey but I've stuck with it ever since. I've had to ditch my 8-step money sucking skin care routine and completely switched to just using the kesaradi face oil and face mist for added moisture and my skin has been flawless. I feel compelled to write a review. I now have the majority of the Ayurveda experience product and I will never use anything else. I was sceptical initially I never thought I would experience what they promise BUT my skin has completely changed! I am 61 and after using these products for a while I look years younger. Softer skin, even skin tone, lines and wrinkles lifting. I LOVE it. I don’t want the heavy foundations any more, I don’t feel I need it. Does exactly as they promise and it feels wonderful on the skin. Light nourished and hydrated. Smells wonderfully soothing too. These products are my now forever!! Can’t recommend them enough to those of us with a more mature skin. Delivery is quick and always a wonderful little surprise gift added. A lovely touch. Packaging is great too. I am more than happy. I was really looking forward to trying out two of the products from this company after seeing all the rave reviews. Sadly, I had an allergic reaction (watery, stinging eyes) to both the day and night creams. Clearly it doesn’t affect most of those giving five stars and rave reviews to the products and I’m so disappointed.
