At first, I wasn't sure about ordering from this new store, so I decided to give it a test run by ordering a cable. I figured if anything went wrong, at least it wouldn't be a major loss. But guess what? The cable arrived right on time and worked perfectly! So, I took the plunge and ordered the organizers and the footstep. And you know what? They arrived just as expected, and the quality is top-notch. No complaints here!

A store that's a pleasure to deal with. Ordering was easy, and I could track my package with the tracking number. The packaging was secure. I ordered organizers for myself and as a gift, and both pairs arrived in perfect condition. Before placing my order, I checked that the store has been around for about three years, which gives me confidence in their reliability.

I bought the driver & passenger pack in beige, and received them a couple days ago. Unfortunately, they won't work for us with our vehicle. I tried calling the customer service department, but didn't reach anyone. I, also, tried to leave a voice-mail, to which I was told the mailbox isn't accepting new messages. So, since I have gone through countless steps to contact you, I hope I will hear back and handle this problem I have.

I ordered the car organizer. Never showed up. Emailed company they said it was delivered on April 2, 2021. It was never delivered. They told me to go to the post office to track it. I will be disputing this charge on my credit card as well.

Funny how four 5 star reviews came in on Feb 20. Seems fishy to me.

Not much on Customer Service.. I lay that at Covid's doorstep.. It took awhile to get my seat holders but they appear to be of good quality and workmanship. If you ordered and are still waiting my recommendation is to wait a little longer. They're really nice and they WILL show up eventually..

My merchandise arrived today, February 4th after near 2 months wait. Item made in China. Mailed from Irvine, CA. Hope Linda got hers.

Ordered a month ago and no response. No email response either. Contacted my Capital One credit card company to file a dispute. Jan 4 order date and no correspondence.

Ordered organizers on 1/8, received tracking but tracking information says item not shipped. 7 or 8 emails later I got two apologies but still can't get anyone to actually tell me if they have shipped. Phone number will not even ring. Worst customer service ever. Will probably have to contact credit card company to dispute charge.

Placed an order with auto merch for $58 on 1/3. Was immediately skeptical when I did not get a confirmation page with an order number to print out, nor did I receive a confirmation email. I figured the transaction failed, but the charge showed up on my credit card. Numerous emails and phone calls have fallen on deaf ears. Looks like others have experienced similar problems.

UPDATE: A day after posting this, the items were in my mailbox, so apologies for that. I was still left with no order confirmation and several unanswered attempts to communicate.

I'm not sure if everyone is aware of this or not but The Auto Merch web site is a branch of the same company that owns Wish, Alixpress, and Alibaba. It's all the same just a different way to promote sales and monitize different avenues for the same products.

I placed my order on December 21st, which was over $100. On December 23rd, Auto Merch (who also goes by Established Store, and indicates it's a clothing apparel store on your credit card statement) send confirmation of the order with a tracking number. The tracking indicated that the label was created and the post office was waiting on the parcel. On January 1st, I emailed requesting a status of my order. Along with a request for refund since the tracking still in the case the post office is waiting for the package. January 4th, they indicated it was on its way. The tracking still indicated the post office was waiting for the parcel. On January 6th, I again requested a formal refund via email, with all supporting emails attached. On January 12th, I requested information regarding if my refund was issued. On January 14th, I requested my refund status, still via email. Later on January 14th, I received an email from Establish Store stating the order was on its way with a different tracking number. January 15th, with all emails attached, I asked them to cancel the shipment and refund my money as requested. On January 18th they sent me a skeptical copy of refund information. My credit card company has no knowledge of the refund, as of yet. And they have begun an investigation of the fraudulent charge of over $100. Since this began in December, I see the same product now under a different company names, but still indicating out of Irvine California. This is definitely not how we legitimate business would be run.

I ordered three of the auto organizers on December 24. My credit card was charged, but I have not even received a confirmation of my order, much less a receipt or tracking number. If I don’t receive any correspondence in the next week or so, I will dispute the charge on my card. What happened to my order?
