I special ordered red leather chairs and they came in a month early!! Easy to set up and not a flaw anywhere! Customer service was excellent and I thought for the price of the chairs I should also buy the 5 year warranty. The only problem is now I don't leave the house! :-) Thank you!

This was my first time ordering furniture like this online, Clara helped with all my questions. My furniture shipped the next day, it says it should be here this week!!

Received my media chairs.in good condition. White glove service a must.with 4 huge boxes and set up. Delivery peope very courteous. Received wrong accents for chairs Talk to john jasso in customer service. He took care of issue right away. Any questions john gave excellent customer support. He will answer all your calls in timely matter. Thanks john for excellent service!!

This place was very professional. I went into to their showroom in La Habra so i could actually sit in the theater seats to see which ones were the most comfortable . As soon as we were buzzed in we were greeted by a sales rep named John Jasso. John showed us around and answered all of questions until we finally found the seats we wanted. As a salesman myself, I always look to the rep to point me in the right direction and John did just that. We bought 4 chairs to start and will keep coming back as we add onto our media room. John provided exceptional customer service and we are very happy with the products we bought.

Loved from day one.Going on five years of kids dogs and many big games.I would strongly recommend seatcraft,easy to deal with and easy to live with. Had a small issue with a cable for the foot rest and it was taken care of quickly thankyou Richard Valdez

The seat are great, to be honest, better than expected. They are comfortable and look incredible.
I had several issues with the shipment and delivery, as the seats were delivered to the wrong warehouse before sending them to our place.
At some point I was frustrated with the issue, but I was lucky to have Rebecca Heaviland picking up the phone and taking my call. She turned a customer from being frustrated into being very satisfied. She showed understanding and empathy and did not rest until I was completely satisfied. She is the best customer service rep I have dealt with at any company.

I called them today in regards to some parts that i Needed for My Genesis Home theater seats and Richard was very cordial and helpful with my order!

If you are going to order make sure you ask for Alex. He gives his honest opinion on the product. Dealing with Alex made it a great customer service experience.

After spending 7 hours in 9 different furniture stores, I finally made it back home only to order from TheaterSeat.com. Now I will be patiently waiting for my order to arrive. I'm trusting that they will not be like the last furniture company that waited 10 days after I ordered, before telling me the item was not even in stock. Anna Hernandez, one of the seating specialist at TheaterSeat.com was very helpful. I will update this review once the seats arrive.

I recently order three seats w/two neck pillows and 1 free pillow. I guess that confused the shipping people, as I only received two pillows. I called customer support that day and Richard Valdez was on the line with me in short order. He had my pillow ordered within 10 minutes and it arrived the day it was scheduled to. Only 15 minutes total time on the phone and the situation was fixed! VERY happy they didn't keep me on hold for half an hour. (HP, you need to learn something from these folk)

I was looking to buy a home theater seating set without busting the budget but was not too familiar with the in's and out's of all the choices such as configurations, leather types, etc. Alex and Andrew were extremely helpful in guiding me through the buying process, answered all my questions, but most importantly, took the time to listen to my concerns. I can't wait to get my six theater seats! Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

Called on Monday with a few questions about my theater seat and was lucky enough to get Richard. He was of tremendous help and is helping me get my seat back in working order before football this weekend!!
