I can recommend this company.
Delivery was timely and my daughter really likes her framed print - up on a wall and looks good. Communication with staff was necessary as I had not changed the delivery address and they responded promptly, were very helpful and sorted it out with no difficulties. More communication required after delivery because of yet another error on my part, and again the company replied promptly and pleasantly.

Amazing Customer Service Experience
Unfortunately, the colours in my canvas print weren’t reproduced as intended, and the replacement still wasn’t quite right. However, the customer service was excellent throughout. The team responded quickly, arranged a replacement without fuss and, when that didn’t resolve the issue, issued a full refund including postage. They were polite, understanding and genuinely accommodating from start to finish.

We ordered a print and were pleased…
We ordered a print and were pleased that we could order a custom size instead of the standard sizes available. This was very easy do. Their response to any communication from us was prompt. When the print arrived it did not have the white border around to aid framing which was requested. We emailed them and got an immediate reply apologising for the oversight and they arranged for an immediate replacement. We could not have asked for better service and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Great costumer service
Great service, quick delivery and top costumer service. Even if there was a mistake in the order and I have received the wrong print, the team (James) was super quick in fixing and re-shipping the missing print.
He was very professional and super polite, I will definitely recommend Art Print Company to my friends.

The ordering payment and despatch
The ordering payment and despatch, great. The delivery company (EVRI) was totally disorganised, updates were made but not carried out, the package was in transit for delivery for two separate days, they still missed this date, unable to contact EVRI directly the usual fob off with robots?? Delivered the next day with no update or communication. I would select a different delivery company.

Absolutely great, but ..
The print is absolutely great, however I added an instruction that my mounting frame size was slightly larger and if I needed to order a larger print to please contact me, which they didn't do initially. Discussed with APC and issue was resolved amicably for both parties.
Guess the bottom line is that the 'print' size is actually the paper size not the picture size and if you want anything even slightly bespoke, to contact the company before ordering.
