Worst products not the worth single penny. Someone please close this company. A chair Rs 9999 is such bad quality not worth Rs500 makes lot of sound everytime. No arm rest and no head rest.

The whole experience was terrible I bought a mirror which arrived late and I never got any proper delivery tracking information for the whole month it took to arrive. All the links they provided for tracking did not work then I got a message saying customer opened the package and rejected it. I wrote to them again as I had not received it and received no relevant response. About two days after that I then received the order about a month later. When I tried to open and check it in front of the delivery person I was told that was not allowed!!!. I opened it filming an unboxing video and of course it was broken at the back. So then I tried to make a return they kept telling me that is not allowed and kept repeatedly redirecting me to link on their website that did not work. Then asking me to repeatedly send videos and pictures which I did several times. I eventually got told by Artment that I should keep the mirror as it’s a minor issue and they will offer me a 15% refund!!! I told them that this was not acceptable I do not want a broken product. The finish is very flimsy and I can tell that it is not durable at all. Also I kept asking for a live person to talk to and no one has called me ever.

Totally fraud company. Paise loot rha hay online business me. The product will not delivered but they get the payment. No refund. Totally cheating company. Nobody will purchase any product from artment.

TO ALL CUSTOMERS, , I purchased two lounge chairs, each priced at 20,000 rupees. Within six months, they broke, and despite offering to cover transportation costs for repairs, Artment has declined to assist. There was no mention in their terms and conditions that these chairs would be irreparable. Consequently, I lost 40,000 rupees as the chairs needed to be discarded. The quality of the chairs is so bad internally, you can see from the videos. I tried to fix this through local sofa repair folks, no one could as these are welded badly on rusted iron rods. Please be careful before you buy from Artment and do check your T&Cs and warranty very clearly. There is zero customer service. I feel it is a fraud to sell such low quality, useless items with no support/customer service at high prices.

They sell bad china made products and their return policy is a scam. it is literally just a drop shipping company that brands cheap quality products and sells them with NO RETURNS! Only exchange is available and their customer service is nothing. HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT trust this shitty website.

Not only the product is of cheap quality. The company itself is trying to extort money. Its been a 1 whole year in since the artment.com hasn't return the money, these guys are total scam, when I asked for refund they denied so instead what they are saying is to buy something another low quality product only from "as we only issue store credit" Now wait a minute.. so my money is gone? YES!!!

They provide refund if you wish to return.. only in form of store credit/gift card not your hard earned cash/money, so once you have paid say good bye to your money because it's never gonna come back to you.

Bought a decor piece from them , did not recieve them yet.
The number shared on "Contact us" is not helpful as no picks up the call , when tried to reach out on whatsapp on given number , it says as switched off. Very pathetic sense of business , they loot people, my personal experience to avoid buying any items from this website.

Not only the product is of cheap quality. The company itself is trying to extort money and nothing else. I bought 2 lamps and one of them was working. The other was working but you can see led from diffused material like from the cheap lamps from alibaba. I later received an email saying they received only one item and will only refund for that. Pathetic company, pathetic service, pathetic product. Stay away
