The service was amazing
The service was amazing! ordered my grass on monday, told them I needed it that week as it was my son birthday and needed done for the weekend. Offered to pay extra to make sure it would arrive on time, they didn't take the extra money and had it delivered 2days later. The product is very good quality for the price too! Would highly recommend.

Good quality grass, very good price for the thickness in comparison to other shops. But delivery could be better. I got an email the day before with all day time slot. No phone call before delivering and left my order on my drive whilst I was out.

Best artificial grass supplier
This company was so easy to navigate online . I was amazed at the amount of choice and good prices. Placing and paying for my order was really simple. Emails were sent me in a timely manner and delivery was quick. The delivery chap was so lovely, he went above and beyond to help me. The quality was far better than I had anticipated. I completely recommend this company. My sister was also liking my grass and is looking to use the same company. All that's left to say is, go get your grass you won't be disappointing.

Regarding the delivery, even if we had sent two people, the type of grass you ordered is quite heavy and typically requires some additional assistance on-site. We understand this can be a bit of a challenge, and we really appreciate your patience.
As for having only one driver—our business model is based on offering the lowest possible prices by working on high volumes and minimal margins. This is how we're able to provide some of the most competitive prices in the UK, and why our best products sell out every week!
For example, the Buckingham Luxury 42mm grass you ordered was originally £17.99/m², then reduced to £15.99/m², and is now on clearance at just £12.99/m². If we were to add extra delivery support as standard, unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to offer these kinds of savings to our amazing customers.
That said, our drivers are fully trained and equipped with a special trolley designed to make unloading as easy as possible. Usually, they just need a bit of help getting the grass onto the trolley—the trolley does the rest.
