I know it’s unfair or whatever to compare. But I can buy army painter stuff on the big A. No delivery fee, here in two days. I thought hey let’s buy from them directly. Pay delivery fee and it’s now 8 days after ordering and still have no paint delivered.

My first and last order was a complete set of fanatic paints.

lots of tracking numbers provided leading nowhere, first fedex, then Royal Mail, who claim the tracking number is fake!

£600 and o support. They have another week before I file a claim against them.

I won’t use again, going yo switch to GW paint.

Can’t evaluate the paint!

Used Army Painters spray primer, matt white. I have spray painted a lot, and also used spray to prime miniatures before painting them. I shook the can thoroughly and held it Ca. 20 cm from the minis, carefully moving the spray and the minis so as not to spray too much and directly. I did about 20 minis from 3 different games. The primer is unfit for this use, as the paint came out in small droplets and dried up looking like chalk, almost sandblown. The minis are destroyed and I can't paint them. I have never seen anything like it. As if the paint was semi dried already during application. I will not be using this brand again. It did not prime them but sandblast them, leaving me with a bunch of terrible looking, chalky and dusty minis that will need thorough and probably impossible cleaning to proceed. A waste of time and a lot of money. Using this paint cost me three games besides the pricy 10 dollars for the can. Frustrating!

Pre ordered paint from The Army Painter along with other paint I had to wait 6 weeks for the package because of the pre ordered items when I received my package it did not have any of the single paint items I ordered when I contacted The Army Painter about the missing items they told me I didn't receive them because they were sold out what kind of company sells items that were already paid for to other customers

Great support, bought brush from a local store, tip was destroyed, AP send me new one without hesitation.

Terrible customer service. I tried to have my product replaced when it was clearly broken, unfortunately photos, videos was not enough for customer service to acknowledge I have faulty product. I lost my money, time and nerves. I don't recommend to anyone.

Customer service when there is an issue with their products is AWFUL!!
Had an issue with the original speedpaints and how they just don't adhere and rub off. Basically unusable. They didn't want to replace them with the newer ones that actually perform

Bought a speed paint set that had the wrong shade of green in it, contacted customer support and they sent me a new one straight out.

I also ordered the black Friday deal on the complete wargamer paint set and it came very quickly. Really great company to deal with.

I ordered the Warpaints Mega Air set but the set i received was a nightmare, the paint had settled on the sides and dried on a good portion of the bottles which no amount of shaking would solve. So i contacted them and i was told this was completely normal and to scrape the pigment from the bottle with a toothpick which i find ludicrous as these are airbrush paints the last thing you want in an airbrush ready paint is chunks of dried paint clogging your airbrush. I explained this to them and was told again that this would be fine and to add some mixing balls in to make it easier but yet they come with them from the factory which i found odd. So i quickly replied and told them I wasn't happy with their paints set because in my opinion spending 10 mins shaking bottles to the point where your arms hurt and god knows how long scraping dried paint from 40+ bottles isn't my idea of a fun time so i requested full a refund to which i got no reply. I've now sent 3 emails requesting a refund which is seemingly being ignored. Shocking customer service from a company that claims to have great customer service, i will not be ordering anything from them again and will be telling the guys at my local shop to steer clear too.

Ive gotten into mini painter for the past 6months and really come to appreciate the minimalist-ness of AP.

I started with their speed paints, which are my first exposure to contrast type paints other then nuln oil. Now I have their wet pallete, basing set and going to get their magnets.

Their price point seems to be a strong value. I am extremely in favor of this company. Just wanted to say thanks from a satisfied customer!

Also the brush that came with the most wanted painting set is now my best and defualt basing brush!

Abysmal experience with their products, in particular their spray primers. I've tried 3 cans (2x red, 1x can), and all of them came with the same problem, i.e. when spraying they sputter drops of liquid paint, potentially ruining the miniature. White has also a mediocre finish. Their paints also seem to have awful coverage.

Long story short: relatively cheap but terrible products. Definitely not worth it.

crappy paint! Dripping like water!

I just got started with airbrushing and I’m loving The Army Painter WarPaints Air complete set, it took me a while to get used to it but that’s the fun of learning.
