I bought a backpack and hoodie. Both were great quality. My hoodie didn't come but after I spoke to webchat it was resolved and delivered 48 hours later. A positive experience.

I am still awaiting me items ordered on 18/11/25, paid for 48hrs delivery I have sent emails and also tried calling 4 times but after waiting somone put the phone down on 24/11/25 . VERY POOR

I have just given up trying to purchase something from this site,ok it's not a high value item but the sale just won't go through.
I then received a rather curt reply to say there was nothing wrong with their system and as far as they could see i hadn't attempted to make a purchase,yet at the time there was actually an item in my basket I had made several attempts to purchase.

This company go above and beyond and the Eagle slingshot and the Barnett black widow slingshot are so much fun for target practice. Paul

I purchased a coat 6 days ago that I needed urgently for a holiday.
There remains no sign of the coat and customer service have refused to send a refund.

This was my first and last time shopping at this store

Scam Site?

I paid £8 for next day delivery of some trousers. They were happy to take the money. No delivery was ever made. I was unable to contest the delivery with the courier as I wasn't the sender. On speaking to the 'Customer Service' folks they let me know there was nothing they could do.

Avoid.

Bought a pair of cadet shoes from this shop.
On delivery the shoes were 2 different sizes, on informing the shop they immediately sent replacement shoes with out waiting for the return, no fuss or bother.
They also offered 2 ways to return.
The service at all times felt personal and e-mail communication was extremely prompt.
Would use again
