Ross did an excellent job servicing my water softener. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. Everything was handled efficiently, and he made sure the system was running perfectly before finishing up. Highly recommend his services!

We had our water softener serviced by Ross yesterday.

We are extremely pleased with the level of expertise, knowledge and service received from Ross.
Ross offered a lot of information, advice on how to to maintain the water softner going forward, products to use etc.
We would like to thank Ross, offer him ten stars and highly recommend him.

Already helping my eczema

Very happy. Service from beginning was a 10/10. Knowledge and information give by Rhino plumbing, I can not fault one bit answered all my questions and explained softener to me. I suffer with eczema and I am already noticing a difference with my skin. Would definitely recommend!

Ross the installer was polite

Excellent tap n filter. Efficient & easy to operate. Ross the installer was polite, knowledgeable, keen to please and the whole installation process was seamless.

Install from rhino plumbing

Had Ross from rhino plumbing come to install my water softener recently. I must say I was very impressed with the overall service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the install. Had issues with the water in my flat for a while but now it’s incredible. It’s really helped my skin. I couldn’t recommend Ross and rhino plumbing highly enough. 10/10
