Goods not supplied - Company apologised
Ordered a Zanussi washing machine, paid by credit card. Got email confirmation of order which stated that my goods were being prepared and I would be notified when it would be delivered. Heard nothing after a week so emailed the support email (no longer exists). Emailed their general email address - no response. Rang the 0800 number on their website - belongs to another company who have no links to The Appliance Club. Contacted credit company and disputed transaction - got refunded.
Update: The Appliance Club have been in contact with the me, explained the situation and apologised profusely. It seems that as a brand new business (which was in the process of being set up), their emails and contact numbers were not fully set up and they missed my order and requests for information. My order confirmation was sent automatically by their system without being seen by a member of staff. I am happy to accept their explanation and edit this review accordingly.
