Program is very intuitive and I can see early on the process is coming together nicely.

I subscribed to The Ambitious Exec about three weeks ago. In that time I have had two meeting with my personal Coach, Jay Guyton, who has been great in directing me through the extensive process. I have also watched several of Ambitious Exec's videos and participated in 2 webinars. I'm just getting started but I feel this is a terrific program.

I've been a client since February and have diligently followed all the steps, yet I’m still no closer to securing a role within their structure. Every position I’ve interviewed for has come from my own networking efforts outside of Ambitious Exec.
Setting up WeConnect has been cumbersome, and despite its accessibility, I’ve had no success using it. When I reach out to support, responses feel passive—they rarely check in proactively to see how I'm progressing. If I have a question, I’m often just directed to attend one of the courses rather than receiving personalized guidance.
I’ve also found the course content to be basic, lacking depth and practical value. At this point, I’ve stopped using the service entirely since I’ve made more progress on my own. Overall, I’m disappointed in the experience.

The resume' and Linkedin feedback from the team have increased recruiters reaching out to myself to start conversations. The tips and feedback from AE training have put confidence in applications and interviews.

Invaluable Support
It's been a bit of a revelation, working with Ambitious Exec. I'd never put a lot of effort into my own executive image over my career, and the processes and approach I've learned working with AE are long-term career skills I will definitely grow and maintain in the future.

I've never seen anyone translate my career path into an effective resume like they did. I have "boomeranged" a few times, working at the same companies in different locations at various times - which usually makes the resume complicated (and not very ATS-friendly). My Ambitious Exec coach took time to really understand my story and I'm thrilled with the results!
