The stationary I ordered was perfect and bought a smile to the gift recipient as it was just up their street! Communication was great from the seller, package was well wrapped and sent quickly. I was even given a free gift, which unfortunately broke as I opened the package but that’s okay as it’s an unexpected bonus anyway. Will definitely use again. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

The purchases i bought are amazing. I was just a little disappointed with the delivery. I understand we are in a pandemic and there can be delays but I ordered them 1 week before a friends birthday and they ended up being dispatched in over 9 days later. There was no delivery dates either so I did not know when the estimated delivery should have been. I searched the order and emails but I could not find one so I was blind to when the delivery should have been until I got a dispatch email from the store then the items did arrive pretty quickly via royal mail. So thank you for the amazing products but delivery could have been a little better.

Brilliant store, little awkward to navigate on a phone so had go go onto my laptop and even then it was slightly slow however it’s good quality for money and the shipping was fast and I love the items I purchased

First time purchase to The Alternative Shark and I must say they were very helpful as it was a pre order items. They kept me updated on any delays and such but rest assured they delivered when they came into stock. Plus free delivery on certain amount spent.
