Great product, very happy
I recently bought an A1 framed photo and it looked great. Very well packaged and delivery was fast.

Peter was amazing to deal with and went above and beyond to deliver the prints i ordered personally in time for a birthday gift.
5 stars, highly recommend the Affordable Art Company!
I just received the print I ordered from The Affordable Art Company. Top quality; love it! And the customer service is second to none.
Highly recommend this crowd and their fabulous art collections. I'll definitely be a returning customer.
Misleading delivery times, only after chasing twice did they admit to certain parts being out of stock, was happy waiting that point, however, this did drag on a few weeks as delivery times for the parts kept changing.
They claimed they would then ship via express Australia post. When there was no update to tracking for 2 weeks, I lodged a missing item request to aus post, magically then appeared saying ‘received by Australia post’ in Melbourne hours later (I’m in Perth). Aus post was under the impression the items hadn’t been received until that day (also just regular parcel lost). I got the items a week later in Perth.
Anyway, once I got the prints, I found the wooden frames covered in gouges, I presume this is because there was no padding or wrapping around them in the box. One was inside the other and I think the inside clips/hooks of one was constantly hitting the other. Some scratches on the perspex too.
I don’t normally leave reviews ever. I know small businesses have been hit hard with covid, however, dealing with them for a month has been absolutely ridiculous. They are nice prints for the price but be prepared to do constant chasing. I would return these, but there’s no way I’m dealing with them for longer.

I received an A0 print today, after 3 months in transit from Australia to South Africa, only to find the print was shipped in a triangular-shaped cardboard box which obviously offers very little in the way of document protection.
As you can imagine, the box was damaged, the print was damaged and it's actually so badly damaged that it's unsuitable to be displayed. Deep creases line the print that cannot be restored. It is beyond my comprehension how you ship a print in a triangular box that is begging to be damaged by any type of weight being applied to it.

Oh, I happen to have reviewed the wrong company you say? Interesting, considering it's the exact same name, the same logo, and the same location. I was responded to on eBay, where the purchase was made. It's only because I received a satisfactory resolution there that I do not post photographic evidence of how the product was shipped.

How can I contact you directly? I will send you photos and screenshots. If it's still not your company, you have a duplicate company with all of your details and logo operating on eBay.
I copy and paste the below from your store page on eBay: Based in Australia, the_affordable_art_company has been an eBay member since Feb 24, 2014

Disappointed with the quality and value of the prints received - could well have been printed on a home printer. Prints were also bent when they arrived.
