Your order was canceled and refunded the next business day after the order was placed.
We no longer ship to international freight forwarding companies because of an increase in fraud.
The order order was placed on Sunday May 21st and refunded the next business day, May 22nd.
We emailed a notification on Monday May 22nd, please check your email spam/junk folder.
I replied to your email that we received Wednesday June 21st with the refund details.

The strap on is completely hard…
The strap on is completely hard plastic. Does not give into the vagina or form with the cervix... I cannot use it because it hurts way to bad. The diameter is very small. The length is a good length but like I said it's hard plastic that does NOT bend or form/shape into the vagina. The hole for my partner to incert was not comfortable as well. The hole was way to big for a real penis. Even when the penis is fully erect it was way to big. And my partner said the inside material was rubber and did not feel good like the description said. My other toy was a extra large in length and diameter which was perfect. The feel was not. The material that it's made from was a thick rubber. No matter how much lube you use, it was not sliding!!!! Felt like non slip shoes rubber material. And the color was wrong!! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!
