THE ACE SHOP IS A SCAM

I bought 3 compression shorts from The Ace Shop. When they arrived, they were all XLarges (I ordered mediums) two already had holes in the pockets and the material was so poor I knew these shorts wouldn't last after several wears. I wanted to return them and began the process with "Jason" who said I could mail the shorts back with a tracking number (required) and they would issue a refund.

I went the post office and they told me that due to international shipping costs and requiring tracking, it would cost $48 for a $60 purchase. I reached back out "Jason" who said that 'it shouldn't cost that much and you should find somewhere else to ship it.' His responses took weeks and resulted in a dead end where The Ace Shop refused to issue a refund. I now am the owner of 3 pairs of shorts I cannot wear because they don't fit and arrived damaged.

Any store in 2024 that doesn't easily return damaged or mis-sized clothes doesn't need to be in operation. Find somewhere, literally anywhere else, to buy your clothes.

SCAM! bad experience, better order elsewhere

My experience is super bad and I recommend to not order at theace.shop, I got scammed.

I ordered two shorts and a track pants. The delivery didn't worked out because something was wrong with my address according to "Jason" from the customer service. I double checked and they tried it another time. That time it worked out and I received the package.

The order did not look like the pictures. Material was different than shown and in general it seemed like low quality. I decided to sent it back. "Jason" sent me instructions for the return.

I am waiting since August for any reply from the customer service or "Jason". I wasn't informed yet about the arrival of the return package, according to the Post office it should have had arrived.

I will end my efforts to reach out to them as several mails were sent out and over three months passed. No return payment were received so I must consider myself scammed.

Do not recommend, take care and order somewhere else!
