I had to wait for a courtesy car , bur apart from that i was happy with the service i got .

The car inside was returned absolutely filthy

Our cartoons mounts with three delivery times given us but I must say when we got her Car back it was superb. They had fully validated. It came back in immaculate the work they did was absolutely first class so I would highly recommend them.

I was kept well informed of the work and when it was happening. The whole team at Accident Repair Hub are really friendly and accommodating. When I wasn't quite happy with the finish they came out and sorted it straight away. I would recommend them.

Was originally told work would take no more than a week, however work didn’t start until a week later, wasn’t informed work on car was completed so had to wait another 4 days until my car was returned.

Friendly and professional staff. Went out of their way to help and ensure car was ready on time.

We were left in a very tricky position thanks to an unhelpful car hire company and car dealers not engaging with us. Simon and his team genuinely listened and sympathised with our stressful situation and saved the day by sorting the car hire problem for us. They were the only ones who understood the seriousness of our predicament, with disabilities to try and manage. Excellent customer care!

Once car in service fairly quick good job , could of done with up date how long they would have car

Took quite a long time, principally because car had to be repatriated from France, so not responsibility of Accident Repair Hub.

Actual repair work, so far, appears to be very good. I've had no issues

Returned the car on time, but with damage to plastic trim that wasn’t there when they collected it. They replaced the trim the same day, claiming they forgot to replace it and had ordered the trim and had it in the workshop. They returned the car the same day, still with a slight mark on the rear door trim that was specifically pointed out to them on collection. Would recommend everyone looks carefully at their vehicle before it’s repaired and when it’s returned.

Had an accident insurance company took my car to a garage in Mitcham when I saw reviews of the the garage were not good at all . So I contacted the insurance company and asked them I wanted my car repair from ARH Copthorne they agreed and they done a wonderful job . Highly recommended.

Well what can I say about Accident Repair Hub LTD in Crawley ? From start to finish they were simply amazing .. from booking the car in to be repaired - during the process .. and afterwards I was kept informed at all times what the plan was and how the repair was going ..and when it was all completed. A special shout out to Sam though who was so professional at all times and nothing was a problem and needs to be recognised for he’s Customer Service. The work completed was of a high standard and can’t fault anything of the work. Definitely would use them again.
