I really like how they treat everyone’s home, for both where we moved out and in. Sometimes staffs from home removals just focus on loading and unloading furnitures like in the warehouse and won’t care much - this is the core of removal work - but the 852 team made me feeling like they are offering me a great help in moving my uncountable stuff (lol), and treat our homes and belongings with care and kindness. And there came a lovely card to congratulate our new home new life!

Very professional and efficient! I live in an apartment and had to move everything up the stairs — they handled it perfectly. What deserves the most praise is their furniture assembly service. The staff quickly noticed that the furniture store had left out some accessories, and they managed to resolve the issue and assemble all the furniture in the house within half a day. I’m now very happy living here — highly recommended!

Those guys are super professional, experienced, efficient, punctual, and diligent. They are really serious about the quality of work. I hear some other companies taking a good few hours to load everything, but those guys did two full trucks just over 1 hour. I know it's not necessarily how fast they load that matters, but after all, you know you can fully trust them to get things done within time on one of your most stressful days in life. We were lucky enough to book their moving service two weeks in advance, even though they can only offer afternoon appointments on that day. The movers arrived on time, equipped with professional tools and skills. Our bed and wardrobe needed to be disassembled and reinstalled due to size issues, and the movers completed the task effortlessly. The company did explain clearly for every charges and they will do their best effort to communicate and suit customers needs. Really recommended to everyone who is looking for moving company.
