Box arrived opened
My package from The 5th Store came opened. There was no packaging tape used to close the box.
I emailed The 5th Store about it, however no response...
Not acceptable and most likely won't order from them in the future as I don't want my orders to go missing or be damaged.

From the images that you sent across to us, it looks as though our parcel tape was removed. We take care and pride in our packaging and this is not the level of service that we expect from our courier. We can only apologise profusely for this.
We have contacted our courier on the matter to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
From the photographs attached, it appears that the rest of the box was intact so we hope that the product inside reached you undamaged.
