The verification/risk management…
The verification/risk management process is taking a long time. My account has been processed for more than 3 working days and the process has not been completed yet.

Disgustingly delayed payouts!
I hate to do this but I'm left with no choice.
Yet another terrible and disappointing experience with payouts. 7days and still waiting for my withdrawal!
Last month it was 10days waiting for my withdrawal and several interactions with customer service not giving any real reason other than high volume and apologising. Same thing again this time.
Same copy and paste msg from customer service.
Benedick B and Mustapha were hopeless.
I asked to speak to their senior leader serval times and only at the end Benedick then says he is the senior leader, so who knows which lie he was telling and Mustapha just gave me a general support email.
Zero help.
I gave them 5%ers one more chance after my last payout, thinking it is a once off but I seriously am thinking now that its not worth it with this company. Who cares about awards + interface when payouts are in-efficient and a fight to get your own money.
What is the point if your not getting your payouts efficiently when there other firms not giving this problem.
Definitely don't deserve to market themselves as a top firm.
I would highly consider anyone looking to work with 5%ers and who actually want their payouts to be paid efficiently and have confidence that they will actually get their money, to not be fooled by clever marketing and seriously reconsider going with other firms.
