Payout denied
After doing their first funded account and making 5k dollars in it, they moved me to the second funded account, took their 20% and told me that 80% will be given 14 days after. 14 days later they told you need to again main 4% in this account to get the money from the previous funded account. They are certainly running a ponzi scheme in the name of prop firm trading and I am done with them. Will never trade with this firm again.

We understand why this situation was frustrating, particularly because the amount transferred to your scaled account represented your previous funded-stage profit after the 80/20 profit split had already been applied.
To clarify, the credited amount on the scaled account was not subject to a second 20% deduction. The 80% trader share had already been calculated before those funds were transferred, and once payout eligibility is met, no additional 20% performance fee is deducted from those credited funds.
However, each new scaled account tier operates as a new funded account. Under the program rules, the trader must meet the applicable 4% profit requirement on the new scaled account before payout functionality becomes available. This requirement applies to the new tier and is separate from the profit split that was already applied to the previous account.
We understand that the wording around “fully withdrawable credits” may have caused confusion, and we appreciate your feedback on how this could be communicated more clearly.
We would also like to clarify that your previous profits were not taken twice. The issue relates to payout eligibility on the new scaled account, not an additional deduction from the same profit.
We regret that this process left you disappointed, but we hope this explanation clarifies how the scaling and payout structure works.

Micro Bitcoin (MBT) futures trading is not available
The5ers has a good overall Futures funding program, but there is one important limitation for traders like me: **Micro Bitcoin (MBT) futures trading is not available.**
For traders who specifically want to trade **CME Micro Bitcoin Futures (MBT)**, this is a significant drawback. Micro BTC allows traders to manage position size and risk more precisely, especially when trading a funded account.
I would like to see The5ers add **CME Micro Bitcoin (MBT)** to its available Futures instruments. This would give traders more flexibility in position sizing and risk management.
Overall, The5ers may be suitable for many Futures traders, but **the lack of Micro BTC trading is a negative point for traders specifically looking for CME MBT.**

I would like to share my honest experience with The5ers Futures.
Even though I have not achieved success in my trading journey with The5ers Futures yet, I want to make it clear that this has been completely because of my own trading decisions and mistakes, not because of the firm. From my experience, I find The5ers to be a trader-friendly prop firm with a professional approach toward traders.
There is, however, one important suggestion I would like to repeatedly bring to the attention of The5ers management.
Please consider adding copy trading to BlackArrow
The current BlackArrow platform does not offer a copy-trading option like Tradovate. I have requested this feature before, and I would like to request it again:
Dear The5ers Management, please seriously consider adding copy-trading functionality to BlackArrow.
I have seen discussions and videos on YouTube where many futures traders are interested in purchasing The5ers Futures accounts, but some of them choose not to join because BlackArrow does not currently provide a copy-trading option.
Copy trading would be particularly useful for traders who manage multiple accounts and want to execute the same strategy across their accounts efficiently.
I genuinely believe that adding this feature could make The5ers Futures even more attractive to the futures trading community.
My overall view:
The5ers Futures is a trader-friendly firm, and my lack of success so far is due to my own trading decisions—not the firm's rules or platform performance.
🙏 I sincerely request The5ers management to consider bringing copy trading to BlackArrow. It could help attract many more futures traders who are currently looking for this feature.

Easy rules and amazing conditions
My expeirence with 5user futures had been amazing till now. Clear rules especially the drawdown which does not locks at starting balance after the 1st withdrawal. Payout was smooth and received my first payout in 1 day. Highly recommended..

These people are nothing but thieves . I cleared a day trade program , I made the payment via my current account that is absolutely in my own name, but they still didn't accept the card payment and refused to give me funded account
These people do whatever they wish to without any logic .
I submitted all the relevant documents stating that there is no third party but these people and their vagye rules .

To maintain strict compliance with global Anti-Money Laundering regulations and financial guidelines, our terms require that all personal accounts be purchased using a personal payment method issued under the exact individual name registered on the profile. Using a corporate or business payment card for a personal trading account constitutes a third-party payment mismatch under our compliance guidelines, which prevents us from activating the funded account.
When a payment method cannot be verified under individual account parameters, our policy requires us to issue a full refund directly to the original payment card used. Calling our firm thieves is inaccurate and false, as your funds were returned to your account in full rather than retained.
Our team communicated these payment requirements directly, and all rules regarding accepted payment methods are explicitly detailed on our website and in our Terms and Conditions prior to purchase.
