Very bad experience at THE ONE MOTORS Dubai

Here I describe my experience with The One Motors Dubai, which definitely advises all future potential buyers against purchasing a vehicle.

I found the car online and tried to contact the company several times. To no avail! So I went straight to The One Motors Dubai to inspect the car. It seemed good. We then drove to Tasjeel to check the car.

The vehicle was in a front-end collision. Ismail sells many accident vehicles, and this is where the danger lurks. The vehicles are prepared for inspection, test drive, and possible testing at Tasjeel. Shortly thereafter, the first problems arise. In my case, it was the defective tire pressure sensors; the error only appeared after about 30 km.

I tried to reach Ismail several times via WhatsApp. He was supposedly in the hospital. I went back to The One Motors Dubai to confront Ismail. We scheduled an appointment for four days later to repair the sensors. When I texted him on the day of the appointment to ask if the appointment would still be scheduled, he said he was on vacation for four weeks. His boss is also never available.

In addition to all the problems, I was not given the Guaranteed Certificate.

Only after repeated threats to hire a lawyer did I receive the certificate two weeks later. The promised guarantee is a joke. The company responsible for the guarantee has protected itself with clauses that make it so difficult for me to have taken out a guarantee.

I have now repaired the sensors at my own expense.

I advise every buyer to avoid the hassle and buy from a brand-name dealership. The one Motors will likely comment on my review and try to portray me as a liar. All chats and conversations were recorded. Anyone with any doubts or wanting to learn more should contact me.

BE CAREFUL!

I am writing this addendum after you tried for several weeks to delete my Google review. Since I am writing the truth and sharing my experiences with your dealership, the review will not be deleted, not even after your tenth attempt.

It's truly disappointing that you're trying everything to delete this review instead of offering me a solution. I suspect you haven't read my review properly. The warranty comes from a third-party provider. However, Ismail told me something completely different before I purchased the warranty. Incidentally, you're dealing with the insurance partner. I spoke with the insurance company. They also know that the car must undergo a service before delivery; otherwise, the insurance is invalid. So, I paid 10,000 AED for insurance that doesn't help at all in case of damage.

Ismail was sick, or supposedly sick. Why did Ismail tell me on Thursday to come in for repairs on Monday, and then suddenly he's on vacation for four weeks? Incidentally, I went to other large car dealerships. They all knew The One Motors and had only bad things to say. Apparently, they're known to locals, but they can use their scams on newcomers. To all buyers: Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere
