Ever since I started with The Coach, I was struggling to stay hard. Now, I have been doing the exercises, and it has made a world of difference. My lady can definitely tell the difference and she has commended me numerous times on my stamina.

The COACH application approaches the problems in a holistic way such as follows:
1) by giving explanations on how human organization acts when the problem appears and focusing on how you should react physically and psychologically, in order to mitigate or to completely resolve your issue.
2) by giving you extra (detailed) tips regarding your eating habits.
3) by offering you a wide range and variety of exercises which help you to manage and control your body's reactions.
4) by providing specialized pharmaceutical formulations, if someone wishes to be helped more intensely.

EXPERIENCE THE COACH
Before signing on to the coach I struggle have erection. I started using the coach in the first week of January, 2026 and by the 2nd week I'd already started seeing improvement in my erection.

The Coach is not only about kegel exercise but is a complete package and includes psychological , emotional and physical exercise as well and this has improved my wellbeing in all these areas.

Based on my personal experience, I believe the coach is a trusted brand and recommend it to all others.

I've noticed a real boost in both daily energy and physical endurance, helping me power through my day and workouts with less fatigue. A simple addition with noticeable results.

It seems to help, but there are so many other factors, such as how well I slept the night before, that it's sometimes difficult to draw a direct correlation. I do feel better though.

I’m going to be honest its honestly an excellent platform with amazing community and people behind it there’s literally everything here for men to be their own best self I highly highly recommend it the training sessions are very helpful and good to do the app is amazing I like the little touches of the vibration when the app tells you what to do honestly it’s amazing and im really glad I have found them here there are very important things that every men should know!! 10/10

It’s an Abonnement trap.
I signed up for the 20 Dollar course, deleted the app right after. Now they re charging 60 bucks. When I wanted to cancel the plan they made it extra hard with 5 new windows that open before you can cancel. Also when I log in the app you're force to fill out forms otherwise you cant cancel. I really cant recommend. Even if the contents might be useful everything around it is made extra hard and not user friendly.

The app has both information and exercises, I found it very useful.

Using this app for last two weeks or so. Found incredibly helpful in terms of overall wellness. It shapes up the exercise in a scheduled way and maintains the track record which steps one up to the next level. Recommended.
