Happy with outcome and order
I ordered a test and hadn’t received a tracking number so I emailed the company and left a bad review. The company responded straight away and had excellent communication throughout they apologised for the delay and dealt with it in a very kind way. I recieved my package and I’m delighted. The delivery took a little longer than I anticipated so just allow time for delivery but overall I’m very happy

I ordered and paid for a package on…
I ordered and paid for a package on June 3rd with same-day shipping. However, I have not received any tracking code or any response from the support team at the-tester.com, despite having emailed them to inquire about my package. They seem unresponsive."
June the 10th Update:
Today at 11 AM, I received the tracking code from you via email, and at 12 PM, the postman attempted to deliver the package. Unfortunately, I was not prepared and was not at home. In the future, please send the tracking code in advance so that I can plan to be at home for the delivery. I still do not have any information about what will happen next
Update: Meanwhile they have offered me a refund two weeks ago, but I did not receive any refund nor did I receive the package as I already was in vacation when the package finally arrived. I will update as soon I will receive the refund.
June the 27th Update:
I got the following message from Trustpilot regarding The Tester: The Tester thinks you reviewed the wrong domain. Does that seem right? If so, please move your review to the right business profile within 3 days."

I bought PCR, the product is good and easy to use. One very important thing is that you have everything you need in the box and all is right for the purpose. What with others home test is a nightmare it is just nice and easy with this one. I recommend the product. The shipment was ok. Received the test within 1 day. Unfortunately, the result was invalid. When I emailed about it, I immediately got offered a free new test (or money back). I chose a new test which arrived a day later and was good. Thanks for the great service!
