DO NOT SHOP HERE.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Placed order on 22.10.2024. By 28.10.2024, I had no update on order being shipped so I contacted them. The response was that the shipping company would provide shipping information when they are done "scanning parcels" - OK already this is suspicious, if a package has been sent with a shipping company, you would have tracking information immediately. I was eventually sent a tracking number, which is completely invalid (with no details of which shipping company), using the Portable Techs own tracking section of their website. I have raised this by email with the company and I am now being completely ignored. It is now 02.11.2024 and still I have received nothing and I am no longer being responded to.

If this company is not FAKE, it is absolutely shocking and you should not shop regardless. Is it NOT OK to ignore customer emails, provide zero information regarding shipping timescales, provide invalid tracking information, and take this long to send product to anyone without notifying them that this is the case.

I have no faith whatsoever that I am going to receive this product. I have had no apology via email for the time it is taking, and no explanation for the delays other then the "weather" and parcel scanning, apparently, on the only two emails replies I had.

I am seeking a refund now visa my bank as this is just totally unacceptable.

Fake shop

No contact possible. Reviews on the side are fake. the-portable-monitor com and portabl com are old Adresses of this shop. All realy rates on trustplilot are marked as Scam.
Many advertisement on TikTok and AdWords on Google.

Same scammer the-portable-monitor.com

It is the same address: ("the-portable-monitor.com/") scammer; I think they are an internet gang. They change their address every time.
but they change the address to "tech" instead of "com". Please be aware; don't trust them.
I chargeback my bank, but they stalled me I complained for 170 days. No one wants to help.
