Order never sent

Placed an order on the 25th Feb, with shipping within 48 hours. Didn't receive an email confirming the item was shipped and no updates on tracking so emailed them. A few days later I get a reply saying my order was 'lost in transit' but according to the tracking it was never sent. They did at least refund it but my daughter has been waiting almost 2 weeks for her pokemon teddies she spent her birthday money on and now has nothing to show for it. Avoid this company.
