My experience was particularly positive: I received a replacement item in the correct size for free, even though it was my own mistake when selecting the size I wanted. They explained that sending me a new item instead of having me return the wrong one was motivated by environmental sustainability considerations and shipping costs, which would be lower this way. In addition, the sweater I purchased is of excellent quality, and I am fully satisfied with it. I’ve never been treated so well before!

Be careful with the size
Always the problem with the sizes, I am 1.90 cm tall and do some sport, I chose size L, which normally fits well, but here looks like a nightgown. I think it's never a good idea to buy clothes online for exactly those reasons, but the print was just cool

We do our best to ensure that sizes can be easily selected before ordering. Our T-shirts come in standard sizes, similar to those you would find in band merch.
We have created a page with all sizes, which we also refer to on the product pages. In addition to the sizes, there are instructions on how to quickly and easily compare the sizes of our shirts with an item you have at home that fits you well.

In rare cases, sizes may vary. This is also the case in brick-and-mortar stores. If you look at all sizes, e.g., L, in a store, you will also notice differences. This is simply due to the production process with cotton.

A high price tag for a small, poor quality coffee cup.
I purchased a coffee cup with the amusing label: "Kant Touch This" with a drawn image of the philosopher Kant. Anticipating that it would be a decent product, I rationalized the expensive cost of the cup. However, the cup is small, fragile - insignificant - and definitely not worth the investment.

Thank you for your feedback. The mugs may seem expensive, but I think it's important to look beyond the mug itself. The price also includes the creative work that goes into the design, as well as printing and packaging.
So basically, customers are paying for our work and the product itself. I can assure you that no one is getting rich from our online store. We would rather pay another philosopher to work with us. That's the idea behind TPS.
If we manage to be significantly profitable (we all still have our normal day jobs), we can offer higher-quality mugs without increasing the price.
The fundamental problem with margins is that we only print each product to order, which of course makes labor costs significantly higher than if we simply ordered 10,000 mugs from China. But then we would have to pay storage fees and possibly destroy goods if we didn't sell them. We want to avoid that at all costs.
It remains questionable whether we could actually offer the mug at a lower price if we sourced products in bulk. In addition, we would not be able to offer the selection of designs we have now, but significantly fewer.
Basically, the price also includes our unique service. We have no desire to give the impression that we are ripping off our customers. I have therefore refunded the full purchase price for the mug.
