No confirmation email or contact whatsoever. Sent an email to ask where my.order was as I'd been charged but it hadn't showed up on my profile on their website, no reply. Sent another email, they replied asking for order number.ber which I hadn't received because no confirmation email. Order finally came and the box is barely half full. Looks abysmal to be honest. Not half the sweets in it that are pictured. Ashamed to gift this for fathers day.

If I could leave a zero I would. I ordered a penguin cushion for a gift. Not received. Contacted company. Said will send another. Still not received. Now ignoring emails. Disgusted at their customer service. I wish I had read their 2 star reviews before ordering. I definitely would not recommend this company.

Shocking.
I bought a birthday T-Shirt and gift Hamper. The gift Hamper on the pictures had a small bottle of wine, chocolates etc and was nicely presented in a wicker basket.
When it came I received the T-Shirt and an empty wire basket with some brown paper stuffed in it.
When questioned this I was told I needed to choose the items for the Hamper ( I saw no option for this) . No offer to help rectify the situation.
In the end I paid £30+ for a cheap t shirt and a wire basket
