I had bought the foldie travel bag for myself and 3 for each of my daughter's. They all loved them. I took my foldie on a trip and my husband asked where I got my bag. I told him so he wanted one. So I ordered him one yesterday when we got home from our trip. He watched me fold it up and he was impressed. He can't wait to get his now which he'll use in September for our next trip. Thank you 😊

I received wrong colour bag so asked for return label,was told to send photo of bag then refund would get sorted ,i sent photos and havent heard anything since ,i have sent about 10 emails and have got no replies,i need my refund ,i have never experienced this customer service elsewere
I sent photo as requested on 22nd july and numerous emails after that with no response ,are you now saying you didnt receive those either,very strange

Great offer of buy one get one free, received today which was pretty fast, I absolutely love these carry on holdall bags. Great quality bags which will hold lots of stuff. Highly recommend The Foldie Bag, fantastic quality, great price and super fast delivery.

The bag is good, but the company itself is terrible to deal with when it comes to issues with shipping.
The 1st time I ordered from them , the driver took it to the wrong house. I saw it in the pictures . I had no idea where the house was. I contacted them for help and they could do nothing because item was delivered. I had to walk around the streets to match up the front of the house that was in the pictures. I finally found the house hours later.

2nd time I ordered, my tracking number wasn’t working. Kept coming up saying try again later. I kept trying for over 1 week and still not working. I contacted them and they told me they checked on there end and it had been past onto my local driver and should arrive soon. I asked if I could have a tracking number that worked, and all I got back from them was an email saying
“ like I said before, it has been past onto a local driver and will arrive soon.” 1 week after that email and I’m still waiting.

Couldn't be happier with the Foldie products.Bought pretty many for daughters and granddaughters and they all were amazing.

My first mistake was to order via social
Media…the bag is not what it looks like.. I have had better value from a bag that cost 1/2 the price.

There was no option to request different delivery time ie an express, and at time of order it did not state it would take 5 working days… had I known this I would have not bothered because it wouldn’t have arrived before my trip that I was purchasing it for.

No where in the order did it state it was a US based company and any returns would have be returned to the US at your own cost. From the UK that is a considerable cost. The website states ‘easy returns’ !

The customer service is poor at best, for what is essentially cheap tat from China…

I've ordered five foldies. They are built sturdy. Seems are strong. Zippers are strong. With so many colors available, I purchase them for gifts. Every recipient has loved them. Everyone needs a good weekend bag or carry-on bag. For a carry-on
piece you can bring everything you need. Plenty of room. And the soft, pliable construction makes them perfect to put under your seat.

The Foldie sling bag is amazing. It holds so much and 100%secure
Also it carries all the stuff you need for walking your Dog
I even sent one to my friend in Tokyo!

I ordered a set for me and I loved it so much that I decided to purchase another one for me and 3 more sets to give as Christmas gifts. They were so happy with their Foldie. My friends never heard of the Foldie, until they received their set. They have used their Foldie and said that they are so happy with their Foldie. I have used my Foldie a few times already. I am thinking of ordering another set to my sister for the holidays. She fell in love with mine.

Love all the colour choices, the only issue I have is when you change your suitcase colour you have to buy more to match x
I did have an issue with a zip, customer service was amazing they went out of their way to help then replaced the bag free of charge

They claim that I put the order in twice and thAT IT IS ON THE WAY I DID NOT AND THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 2X LIKE I TOLD YOU I DID NOT ORDER 2 SETS OF 2 I CERTAINLY WOULDN'T ORDER PINK AND BLUE TWICE I DID NOT ORDER 2 SETS OF 2 CHASE BANK HAS BEEN NOTIFIED

Great communication, delivery good. Very pleased with item. Wanted a light weight bag this is perfect.
Would have given 5 star but it says on label remove cross body strap before washing but there's no way to do this unless I undo all the stitching which would ruin the bag.
I'll be ordering more.

I purchased the "red" Travel Bag, and the "red" Sling Bag. When they arrived, their color was "rust". I hate rust. I want to return these ASAP. Thank you. I believe these are the order #'s. (the bags were not used) the Sling Bag # 1229065 January '26, and the Travel Bag # can't find. I'm not sure of the order date. Thank you.

I like to travel and I thought the colorful designs were well thought out. I have purchased multiple sets and individual items for myself and family members. I have used my foldie(s) on trips to Italy and around the country, Scotland and the States.

This is my favorite travel bag. I love that you can extend it with a zipper when needed. It is light weight with many little pockets to store things. I have bought several for gifts!

When my sling bag arrived it was slightly damaged. I contacted the company who replaced the item within 5 days. The customer service was very good.

Brilliant bags! Bought two sling bags and two of the big shoulder / beach bags. So great for travelling! So practical, they both takes loads of things and have great storage. Love all the compartments and zipped sections. The sling bag is the perfect size for a day out and love how secure it is with its anti pickpocketing feature. The big bags are fabulous size and I love the expanding pocket at the bottom. Stylish and fab colours. So pleased with the purchase! And have now bought two more for my teenager and my mum.

I am disappointed in the foodie, it is stiff and unwieldy. The strap is so uncomfortable to wear. I shan’t be using the bag.

I have many, many"carry-on, personal items" in my luggage room. Too many. I just purchased a FOLDIE bag and it is the best in class. Very spacious, lightweight, expandable, and easily stores flat. The materials are really high-end; the shoulder strap really does the job intended. The bag does not sway off the shoulder. It stays put. I have two and plan to gift at least 3 more to my travel buddies. Best on the market and reasonably priced as well.
