Shipping delays
I have bought two rugs, and both times they were delivered delayed from the original shipping date, with minimal communication. Great quality, but very expensive and not the best customer experience overall.

I am a member of the trade and usually get fabrics within a reasonable time, 5-6 days. I do understand that there was a mistake in my address the first time the salesperson wrote it. However, I am still waiting.

While that may be your policy, the description of your product which you acknowledged was *incorrect on your site was the reason we were in this place. I am grateful for my requested refund.

The linen fabric was softer and thicker than I imagined, the fitted sheet fit perfectly,… And there is definitely something to the energy that the linen lets off, it seems that my whole life I’ve only slept between 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours a night, Instantly I’ve slept 8+ hours a night since I’ve used them…God is always right, I would highly recommend them, thanks again

Strange size
The sheets are nice quality. I really like them. However I wish I had paid better attention to the size noted for the Cal/King. The Duvet is way too long at the end of the bed and barely covers the bed side to side. I would not buy again based on the odd sizing.

We ordered 3 beds and were told they'd be delivered in early Sept. We heard nothing from Citizenry until we contacted them at the end of September. It is now mid October and the beds have still not been delivered. Throughout the process Citizenry was polite but offered no help in getting the order expedited or offering any compensation, and had no excuse for why they never reached out to tell us the order was so delayed. At all times we had to proactively contact them. We will never order from them again.

The other two items from my order that were supposed to be in stock in early October and sent to me apparently got removed from my order even though I emailed and said that I still wanted to receive them.
