Well pleased with my visit to The Hearing Care Partnership in Uckfield where audiologist, Antonio sorted out my blocked ears.
He was very reassuring and efficient about everything explaining and showing the pictures of the blockage before and after treatment etc.
The whole experience was something else.
I would definitely recommend Antonia and team.

I had an entirely positive consultation with Celeste at The Hearing Care Partnership. She was kind, empathetic, supportive and professional. It was good to revisit my hearing loss and come up with a better solution than on the NHS. I’m very happy with the service and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Celeste at Uckfield was friendly and reassuring at my hearing aid fitting appointment. She explained everything clearly and also gave written reminder notes which I could refer to after the appointment. I came away confident.

Celeste was just brilliant - a perfect balance of kind, relaxed and thorough. I was quite surprised that my hearing was so bad and that I had waited so long to visit. I would recommend to anyone to do the test as soon as you suspect any hearing loss.

As we age and our hearing perhaps begins to falter it can be a daunting prospect to have to embark upon seeking help. However some months prior to making an appointment at The Hearing Care Partnership I had been checked out at a well known high street business. Sadly I felt I could not trust the person I saw as the sales pitch was very pushy. As I knew that my hearing was not as it could be I finally made an appointment with Celeste at the Hearing Care Partnership in Uckfield. The experience could not have been more different. She undertook a very thorough examination of my ears and hearing and removed troublesome earwax. She was down to earth and explained everything patiently and clearly. I didn't have the slightest difficulty in placing my unreserved trust in her and arranged for hearing aids. The experience and aftercare has so far been very good and attentive. I have given the partnership 4 rather than 5 stars purely because they are, I think, more expensive than other outlets but this is difficult to really compare.

Mrs de Freitas could not have made me feel any more comfortable during my appointment. She explained what she would do and was extremely professional and caring. Because of very narrow ear canals it was not straightforward but she gently persevered. I would highly recommend Mrs de Freitas.

Celeste at the Uckfield clinic was professional, friendly, caring and informative. She explained clearly every step of the check up, and when I needed wax removal, the procedure was gentle and thorough. A first class service!

I have previously given a very favourable review of this service about 6 months ago when I first received my new hearing aid package. But as I had bought into a care package, not just a purchase, I thought I should update my review.
I arranged a follow up consultation to explore aspects of my experience to date with Celeste and can only report how very pleased I was to have done so. The consultation was every bit as good as I had experienced when buying, almost as if I was a completely new customer. I got all the help I needed, with necessary adjustments carried out after a full hearing check together with excellent advice about the future. I had questioned the cost of private hearing care in my first review. Having had the experience today I fully appreciate what I have paid for. Excellent, I recommend without hesitation.

This was the most positive hearing/audiology experience I have ever known with Celeste de Freitas.
Her knowledge and understanding regarding my hearing loss was just amazing. I recommend Celeste at Uckfield branch, highly to anyone who is experiencing hearing loss and the devastation it can bring. The tests were thorough, and the consultations were really outstanding, answering every question for me. I was helped, understood and came away very uplifted with my new hearing aids. Celeste was so helpful with technology. I am so glad I made this choice and would not hesitate to highly recommend this service. Thank you Celeste.

Mum was very nervous after a very different hearing examination years before. Celeste put mum at ease and explained everything that she needed to know. The hearing aids were prepared quickly and the fitting service was very informative. An excellent service from start to finish.

I purchased my hearing aids, at quite considerable cost at the end of 2020 and was in the early stages of the technology being adjusted to my needs when the pandemic restrictions took hold. Up to this point, I had felt satisfied with the Company. As weeks became months, I had expected to receive some form of personal contact but only received a stereo letter containing assurances of the Company's best intentions etc etc.
Summer and autumn came and went and I grew more annoyed at the complete indifference shown to me by HCP. That the pandemic had caused tremendous disruption to business was not in dispute.

Sometime during the autumn my efforts to obtain an appointment were unsuccessful. Calls were not returned and at on one occasion during lockdown HP suggested I visit an HCP rep. some 35 miles away.

In February, having heard nothing I contacted again and this time an appointment was forthcoming. It occurred to me that as I had been trying to get an appointment, someone would have had my name and circumstances on record. Why then, did the call not come to me instead of the reverse?

I attended the appointment and was warmly greeted and spent the next hour at the hands of a very professional lady who took time to try to explain the cause of some of my experience, was very sympathetic and lost no time in carrying out the necessary adjustments to my hearing aids. Bearing in mind, I had seriously contemplated abandoning HCP, I felt I had regained confidence in them and looked forward to a more positive relationship.
