Went for wax removal and hearing test in tenby optics. Relaxing atmosphere and put me right at ease and explained what she was doing. Cathryn Pedersen was absolutely lovely and very informative. Highly recommend for wax removal and hearing test.

She is a highly professional audiologist with a sensitive approach to the condition. She guided me through a hearing test and as a result, recommended the best treatment for me.
