So far really impressed with the company
I went into the clinic to have my ear wax removed, however I was told that this was not necessary. I also had a hearing test which confirmed what I had already suspected, that I need hearing aids. Faisal was very thorough, explained everything to me thoroughly but did not try to pressure me into anything. I expected to be charged , even though there was no wax to remove but was told that there would be no charge.
Faisal was professional and helpful but not pushy, such a welcome change. I strongly recommend this company.

Well worth while
I was made to feel welcome and comfortable, and everything was explained to me very well. My visit was mostly out of curiosity to see how my hearing is doing, but well worth while. The tests are very comprehensive and the assessor took time to find out about me as a person, and my lifestyle as this affects my hearing requirements.

Personable, professional and courteous.
I accompanied my husband to his hearing assessment with Mohammed Faisal. The wax removal from the previous week had been a success, but it was still important to follow up further, with a comprehensive speech test and to experience listening using post aural hearing aids in both quiet and noisy conditions.
Faisal delivered a professional and courteous service, appropriate to the needs of my husband. Well recommended.
