Good old fashioned customer care.

The service provided by THCP continues to be excellent.
One of my hearing aids stopped working over a bank holiday weekend. I sent an email to Audiologist Mohammed Nabeel and within the first hour of the next day back at work, he replied offering me an appointment the following day with his colleague Qais Khaliq.
Beat that for service!

Worth the investment

Worth the investment. Aqsa Yousaf's patient and clear advice and guidance through testing, recommending and fitting hearing aids, assiduous monitoring and follow-up were a model of how, when the right people are involved, investing in something like one's hearing can be fully justified.
