I arranged a last minute appointment as I was flying the next day and was concerned about the possibility of perforating an eardrum due to pressure behind a build up of wax. I was seen by Marcus. What a genuinely lovely professional person he was. Took time to explain what would be involved with the procedure and checked throughout that I was ok. It was an instantaneous relief when he got the wax out and the tinnitus and slight pain immediately disappeared. I would highly recommend Marcus to anyone who needs his services.

Appointment kept on time with no waiting. Pleasant reception staff. Helpful and informative audiologist and a successful visit.

First test with Mr Timoney was extremely detailed and informative. Helpful
advice in selecting Hearing Aids which he delivered to my home in less than 2
weeks. They were set up perfectly for my needs and are working well.
Good to have normal hearing again and to know that any changes to set up
are readily available.
