An absolutely wonderful service provided by Aqsa today. My earwax was causing me so many problems, but all sorted now. Very friendly and also professional at the same time. Highly recommended.

I had my initial appt with Aqsa yesterday, she was brilliant. She informed me about the mechanics behind the ear and guided me through the test with great knowledge.

First of all the audiologist a charming young lady, Aqsa, who was not only pleasant to deal with but also extremely professional.
I was somewhat concerned about the thought of having hearing aids but Aqsa quickly dispelled my concerns.
Despite having a technical issue with one of the devices (connectivity) a replacement was obtained and the situation resolved. In addition I purchased a device from the company to stream sound from the TV direct to the hearing aid. Aqsa then went through the setup and use of the device. The date below was my final visit being the 23rd January 2023.

I found THCP from a Google search. A choice of locations were available locally. I received a quick call back and arranged to see Aqsa at Eyecare Matters in Birstall. Aqsa was friendly, very professional and produced a report for my ENT consultant by the end of the same day. I would definitely recommend. Sadly, my consultant has not been anything like as responsive!
