I had a free hearing check in a downstairs room inside an opticians shop. The room was overcrowded with equipment and very noisy from people talking on the floor above and moving around - not ideal when having a hearing test as it was very distracting. I have had a test before in Boots in a sound proof room. The gentleman who did the test was very friendly but the environment isn't suitable.

Hannah Scott was the wax removal clinician I saw for my appointment. She was extremely thoughtful, courteous and professional in her work, and I was very pleased with the results. Her follow up with images and a report from the audiology team was reassuring. I recommend the Hearing Care Partnership.
